Golden Era, San Francisco Classic, Isamar Vs Penny, Protégé Learning Curve

If women’s wrestling is an art, and we think it is, then, in the 2012-2014 time period, Isamar owned a high end art gallery.

She was able to recruit beautiful wrestlers to show up to FCI events, better than anyone we know.

This was during the days when the Armory in San Francisco was operating at full speed and many of the fetish models who worked there for a large pay day would also work with us for some extra cash.

Along the way, Isamar developed many protégés and a beautiful dark haired brunette, named Penny, was one of them.

We first met Penny at a dojo event we sponsored, working with a local East Bay Area producer. She would wrestle Rain Degrey that day and had her hands full. Penny would go on to a long wrestling career, primarily at the mid-level skills range, and it was wonderful to have an opportunity to work with her this evening.

After the match was over, FCI treated the female wrestlers to a delicious Japanese dinner in San Jose.

So here, Penny really has her work cut out for her going up against Isamar.

Time to find out how she did.

ISAMAR VS PENNY

Both girls begin on their knees.

Familiar with one another, the two get right in to it.

Penny immediately attempts a floor to sitting body scissor which Isamar easily thwarts and is on top. Determined, Penny clasps Isamar in another one and pulls the champion’s head downward and forward. Isamar actually appears to be under some distress. Can Penny get an early surprise submission?

Isamar breaks the hold.

Not surprising with the often used but primarily ineffective floor to sitting body scissor. Caught by surprise, Penny failed to scissor one of Isamar’s legs as she moved forward, on top of the shapely brunette. Isamar now grabs Penny’s right arm and smothers her face with it.

Now it is Penny who in anguish.

Isamar now slides the captured arm into a choke. Penny cries out and taps.

1-0 for Isamar (1:21).

Time to start again.

Penny starts with the ill-advised floor to sitting body scissor again.

Memo to Penny.

You are not going to submit a star like Isamar with that hold. You have to fight it out up top and try and get the headlock like the tough girls do. Look, like they used to tell us in football, you’re either a pud or a stud. Penny?

Wrestle like a stud and go after the headlock.

Penny stays on the bottom, trying to wrangle that hopeless hold and Isamar breaks out of it and, since Penny willingly fell to the floor, Isamar is instantly on top of her. This time, beautiful Penny does scissor Isamar’s right leg to prevent a full mount.

Good girl Penny.

We would gently pat Penny on the head but unfortunately her head is buried under Isamar’s torso.

They reach a stalemate of sorts.

Isamar soon rolls Penny into an attempted behind the back scissor. Penny’s instincts quickly kick in and she uses her left arm to lodge in between Isamar’s scissor. The super star continues to apply the pressure and Penny taps out.

2-0 for Isamar (3:15).

Penny has a wardrobe malfunction, so we take a brief break.

Time for some star gazing.

There is the spectacular cutie, Daisy Ducati, talking on her cell phone.

Then there is the Curvy Contessa in Bella Rossi holding a camera for us.

Life is wonderful.

Penny and Isamar are now ready to go.

Now, it is Penny who makes a great move and captures Isamar from behind. This round, Penny is making some good decisions as she captures Isamar in a tight headlock choke. Isamar is kicking, trying to escape. Penny scissors Isamar’s left leg for leverage. Can she make this hold up for a submission?

Penny loses the headlock.

Now the shapely brunette tries to mount Isamar who immediately scissors her left leg, preventing a full mount. Penny presses the issue anyway, from the top, where she should.

She adds more pressure.

Isamar groans and taps out. Exceptional job Penny. Text book from start to finish in this round.

2-1 Isamar is ahead (5:34).

After making all of those great decisions, Penny goes back to the floor to sitting body scissor, applies it strongly and Isamar, bent over, does appear to be in great pain. This could be a first. Penny grabs Isamar’s left wrist to add more leverage to the hold. Isamar continues to groan. Can Penny tie the match up?

Isamar breaks the hold.

Penny immediately captures Isamar in a headlock and has her bent over from the side.

They struggle.

The clever veteran clasps Penny’s right wrist in a joint lock, Penny sighs and taps out.

3-1 for Isamar (7:17).

Time to start.

Penny immediately leaps and traps Isamar in a very painful floor to sitting body scissor. Thus far, Penny has not submitted Isamar with this hold but she does apply it well. Isamar is in great pain once more. Penny grabs Isamar’s arm to help prevent the champion from picking the lock. This time can this attempt hold up?

Isamar breaks the hold.

They struggle.

Now Isamar begins to take control and applies a cross body pin over Penny, and as she often does, begins to work Penny’s arms. Penny in return has locked in a headlock, from the bottom position, and applies pressure herself. A war of attrition begins. Having said that, the person in the top position has an advantage.

Isamar breaks out of the headlock.

Now she is in complete control and applies more pressure across Penny’s torso as the shapely girl profusely tries to kick out of the hold as she cries out. Isamar moves forward into a full face sit position. The pressure is too great and Penny taps out with her right leg.

Isamar leads 4-1 (9:42).

Penny has not given up.

She quickly slips behind Isamar and applies a brutal rear naked choke. Isamar just won’t give up. Penny is on top of her and all over her. Probably wishes she had done more of this in the beginning.

Time runs out.

Time also has a way of placing things in perspective. As far as we can tell, Isamar and Penny are no longer actively wrestling on a regular basis. This is the importance of capturing the moment.
