At the global travel masters tripadvisor.com, they enhance the experience with some reviews.
- Perfect one night stay at the Hotel Diva...all the staff were super pleasant and helpful...they gave us early arrival which was convenient...the room was perfect for our needs for one night and quiet...the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had really nice toiletries.
- The hotel is well located close to Union Square. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room was always very clean. The only weak point is the traffic noise, which one hears very well (even on the 6th floor).
- Just a great boutique and quirky hotel. Great location, staff are so welcoming and professional. I've stayed a couple of times now and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in San Francisco.
Wouldn’t you agree that is impressive?
Divas on the mat, a Diva Hotel to love, San Francisco has it all.
To add to your session experience, you should also visit Union Square which is nearby.
Union Square - A Shopper's Paradise
By James V Cook
Union Square, one of San Francisco's most exciting areas, attracts a host of visitors, both from within the United States and from abroad. To be precise Union Square is the name of the actual plaza, but it is also used to signify the surrounding blocks with their hotels, theatres and shopping districts. The name of the plaza derives from the patriotic rallies and functions held here in support of the Union Army at the time of the American Civil War. Today this quarter hosts a vast array of up-market retailers, department stores, art galleries, souvenir shops and high end salons. This acclaimed shopping destination also features charming intimate theaters which offer delightful entertainment for the visitor.
Two of the highlights of the theater districts are the Curran and Geary theaters which adjoin the Tenderloin neighborhood. Another significant feature at Union Square is the TIX Bay Area, a ticket vendor which offers tickets for many of the performing arts in San Francisco; tickets can be obtained at a discounted rate on the day of the performance.
A couple of blocks to the south at Market Street the visitor can observe the cable cars changing direction and sample the offerings of a number of boutiques in this fast developing area. To the northwest of Union Square lies Nob Hill, with its apartment buildings and imposing mansions. On the northeast is the famed Chinatown, with its iconic dragon gate.
Also in close vicinity is the renowned French Quarter, which boasts an array of French-themed cafes and restaurants, many of them open air attractions. This area is the venue for the enthusiastic Bastille Day celebrations, considered to be the largest such festival in the United States.
Union Square is perhaps best known for its shopping opportunities, with a host of world famous brand name boutiques located in the area, such as Giorgio Armani, Prada, Burberry, Gucci, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel and many others. In addition there are six prominent department stores - Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Barneys New York, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
