October 9, 2021,
Can anyone really have a favorite season other than the fall?
Maybe.
Especially if you don’t live in California. But since we do, we can’t imagine any better season.
Summer here can get over 100 degrees. Often. Cools down to a chilly 95 degrees at night. Winter can be cold and wet. Well, maybe not as wet as before. Spring, with everything blooming can give you allergies for days.
Fall is the one.
For another reason.
It is usually your last chance to get out and jog in warm weather. We did say warm. Not hot. And the weather can be so nice and still. Most of the time, no wind.
Just makes you think about enjoying your surroundings and having a great fitness time.
There are plenty of fitness companies out there. Tons. Can you ever have enough?
Can you ever have enough different flavors of ice cream?
We don’t think so.
Retro Fitness is another vibrant player on the fitness block.
It’s the fall. We will walk over in a short sleeve shirt to meet them.
At retrofitness.com, dressed in fall attire, they smile, “At Retro Fitness, Get Real is our promise of offering an honest and simple approach to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether your ambitions are big or small, we have an inclusive community of people just like yourself where we offer a low-cost membership with far greater value than others!”
We like that. Nice offer. Can we hear more?
They add, “We’re not just a gym, we are a team committed to a healthy mind, body, and soul. Our number one goal is making sure you keep yours, become passionate about a healthy lifestyle. Let Retro Fitness guide you in your journey to wellness.”
Sometimes we need to be guided on our fitness journey and Retro appears to hang out with one of the world’s greatest guides.
The kind of guide who is often seen photographed with the dynamic A-List super star actor Will Smith.
Sadhguru, is a well-known yoga guru and author in India.

He is the author of several books, including Inner Engineering: A Yogi's Guide to Joy (2016).
He also addressed the United Nation's Millennium World Peace Summit, the British parliament's House of Lords, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the International Institute for Management Development. He has also spoken at the annual World Economic Forum in 2007, 2017 and 2020.

Sadhguru and Retro Fitness plan to guide to great fitness heights.
In any season.
