New Female Wrestlers, Earn Higher Pay And Bonuses As A Recruiter

August 3, 2022,

I am a Female Submission Wrestler.

It’s okay to say that out loud. Some places.

At a party. Yes.

At work? No.

At a traditional family gathering? Judge the situation first.

There are many places you can freely say that you are a competitive female submission wrestler, just as if you were a Female Body Builder or a modern day Cheerleader.

Old perceptions persist but clearly female submission wrestling is evolving.

Even with what we are doing here is an example of that. Years ago, before Female Competition International (FCI) existed, a serious media product about fully competitive female submission wrestling didn’t exist.

Now there are at least two websites that speak to that.

In terms of the phenomenal growth in girls and female wrestling across the United States, The National Federation of State High School Associates educated, “Nationally, girls participation in wrestling climbed from 4,975 participants in 2005 to 7,351 in 2010. The most recent NFHS High School Athletics Participation Survey revealed participation almost tripled by 2018-19 with 21,124 girls participants. As many as 28,447 participated during the 2019-20 season, according to data collected from the National Wrestling Coaches Association and state high school associations by the USA Wrestling Girls High School Development Committee.”

That is exceptional news.

This was substantial news as well. The Iowa Hawkeyes, A Division One, Power Five Program, as elite as they come, now have a women’s wrestling team and offer scholarships.

Simply put, you are in great company.

Let’s focus on the fully competitive female submission wrestling industry.

Do you love to travel?

Our research indicates that the best fully competitive female submission wrestling currently takes place in Europe.

Here in America, if you are interested in becoming a Female Wrestling Recruiter, we are extremely interested in speaking with you.

FCI does not contact Female Wrestlers, Models or Session Girls directly and only communicates through a recruiter.

As a recruiter you will receive recruiting bonuses, higher pay per 10-15 minute match, a percentage of each match that the wrestler you recruited wrestles and more.

Do you have your own brand to promote? We can be helpful. Currently our verifiable site views have surged past eleven million.

Simply put, per event, you can make some great money if you can recruit. We will let you have strong input on the attire and wrestling competition as well.

If you are interested in that, please email us with your credentials that we can check out. We get a lot of males pretending to be females wanting inside information so we have to screen.

Again, your credentials that we can check out.

What type of credentials?

Being a former freestyle wrestler is ideal.

Other complimentary crossover disciplines are Fitness Models, Body Builders and other Female Sports participants. The key is that we need to verify your past. The most important factor of consideration is your ability to recruit. Your wrestling is an added plus, but it is your ability to recruit that will get you paid by us.

As far as our reputation, since 2012, we have never once cancelled an event. Never. Fully competitive female grappling is important to us, so when we say to you we are ready to produce an event, where, as a Recruiter, you will get paid the most, we mean it.

Your job is to keep our costs down and your income high.

Another future option to think about is providing mixed wrestling sessions. The average rate that we understand is $500-$600 per hour.

Who will you attract?

Much of that depends upon how you present your services. Keep it ethical and explain clearly what you can do, many women have and continue to make a living at Sessions and travel the world. We can give you pointers there as well.

A lot of the women have Mixed Martial Arts training, so if you do, that is an added plus.

Here is a book you might want to check out.

Wrestle Like A Girl

By Jamie Moffatt, Craig Sesker, Sally Roberts(Foreword)

“Wrestle Like A Girl - which chronicles the struggles and obstacles American women's wrestlers have faced and overcome while becoming a fixture on the Olympic Games program. The program reached its pinnacle when Helen Maroulis won a gold medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio! All proceeds from book sales will go to the Wrestle Like A Girl organization.”

We have been impressed with them for years.

Sounds very informative and if you are in the early part of your female wrestling journey, extremely insightful.

Very early on, also think about learning MMA. It is critical. In our evolving industry, it will be very hard for you to compete without MMA training.

This book might help.

The Complete Guide for Jiu-Jitsu Principles and Concepts - Beginner to Advanced Paperback – May 2, 2022

By Ryan S Villalobos (Author)

“In today’s modern practice and study of Jiu-Jitsu, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the endless amount of content available on technique. You may find yourself taking in too much at once and remembering little when trying to apply what you have learned. While learning technique is critical to progressing in Jiu-Jitsu, principles and concepts are what bind it all.

Focusing on principles as a beginner, will give you better direction and make techniques you learn more applicable. This results in greater success and quicker development.

The advanced practitioner can sometimes lose focus of these principles over time due to the complexity of Jiu-Jitsu.

This guide should serve as a reminder to the importance of principles in developing new technique.

In The Complete Guide for Jiu-Jitsu Concepts and Principles, you will find both physical and mental training strategies to improve your game.”

Sounds like a great place to start.

If you haven’t wrestled yet, but are thinking about it, the current climate is very different than it used to be. While it is not 100 percent there, society’s view of women competing in this great sport is improving.

We have found it to be a great place to enjoy friendships, travel and put on events that will give you memories of a lifetime.

FCI’s last event was held at the awe inspiring San Francisco Airport Hyatt Hotel, which is palatial in their presentation. Besides grappling, our event showcased an Opera Singer, Salsa Dancers, Competitive Cheer and Japanese Dance.

The new world of female grappling blends in perfectly with other female sports.

Are you ready to become a female wrestling recruiter?

There is a glorious new world that awaits you.

This is the perfect time to be a female wrestler. An even better time to be a Recruiter.
