Female Grapplers, Balance Muscle Building, Cardio Endurance In Colorful Zumba Activewear

October 23, 2023,

It is so easy to get laser focused when it comes to wrestling workouts.

Due to the extensive upper shoulder, neck and hand fighting, the focus is often on muscle building and rightly so. When the match starts it is important to fight it out up top, jockeying for that all important headlock.

That is great in the early stages of the match but as the competition continues, endurance will increasingly become important.

As Grappling Stars has viewed women’s wrestling videos and performed match reviews, we often find that the grappling matches are 15 minutes long, sometimes longer. Even with the shorter time periods required for women’s freestyle wrestling, the need for endurance, to not tire out near the end of the wrestling encounter, is to build your endurance.

Zumba is an exceptional and fun way to do that.

Zumba has been around for some time and given the myriad of fitness options out there, it may be easy to forget the reasons why Zumba became so popular in the first place.

Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It was founded by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Pérez in 2001.

It currently has 200,000 locations, with 15 million people taking classes weekly, and is located in 180 countries.

Maybe you should be one of them.

Zumba is intended as a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides calorie consumption.

One 2012 study found that a participant burns 300 to 900 calories with an hour-long Zumba exercise.

Besides its high calorie burning, Zumba can help lower the risk of heart disease, reduce blood pressure and LDL cholesterol, and increase HDL cholesterol.

Zumba choreography is composed using all or some of sixteen core steps. There are four basic rhythms: salsa, reggaeton, merengue, and cumbia; each basic rhythm has four core steps.

One of the great aspects to being a female grappler and Zumba participant is that you are part of a global movement.

Filled with bright colors.

As of this October 2023 writing, due to weather, those summer outdoor workouts will start to move inside. So, think about what you will wear during class. Workout attire is one of the aspects of going to the gym that we really enjoyed. Nothing like some wonderful eye candy.

You will be in great company. As posted by dietsinreview.com, “The ageless Material Girl has been linked to various fitness and spiritual movements. Another entertainer known for her dance moves, Zumba classes are offered at Madonna’s Hard Candy gyms.”

Hard candy, with eye candy.

What attire do you wear when you work out?

Working out with Zumba can put you in a really bright mood with positive energy. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if your clothing matched your mood? Maybe even brightened it.

Zumba is ready to introduce a very bright and colorful idea to you.
