There is a reason why some wrestling studios become legend.
Actually, a combination of reasons.
You need a great recruiter as an owner.
You need beautiful talented wresters to compete against one another in real action.
You need an easy to understand and enticing video store.
Do those things and your company has the potential to become legend. Just like London Wrestling Studio (LWS), led by Honey, in the approx. 2010-2015 time period.
Today we have Luna vs Mysteria.
Luna is by far the most experienced wrestler having wrestled for a number of clubs and having battles at the great Femwrestle Events in Troisdorf, Germany.
Mysteria is a solid wrestler and has the unusual brand of dressing up like a super heroine when she wrestles.
Intriguing.
Who will win?
Due to her extensive experience and high skillsets, we are going to give the nod to Luna, but as we know in competitive sports, upsets abound. That’s why you play the games. As they do here, in December of 2012.
Time to go ringside.
LUNA VS MYSTERIA

The two girls begin on their knees.
They begin to fight for upper neck and head control and Mysteria aggressively leaps towards Luna’s neck and forcefully takes her down. The legendary stealth British wrestler seems surprised and trapped by Mysteria’s move. The girl in the super heroine costume applies the headlock pressure while Luna is painfully underneath her and Luna taps out.
1-0 for Mysteria (59 seconds).
The two girls come back to the center as Luna begins to fix her hair. Once they begin to engage, Luna has a very determined look on her face and as we initially analyzed, based upon her skills and long-term experience, that she would be the favorite.
Apparently Mysteria didn’t get the memo.
Time to engage.
Luna makes the initial strong lunge but Mysteria doesn’t back down and wins the upper body contest, and once again, lands on top of the veteran, firmly taking Luna back down to the mats. Luna struggles underneath, wisely scissors Mysteria’s right leg to prevent a full mount and tries to ward off the smother attempt.
From the top position, bodies elongated, Mysteria counters and secures Luna’s left wrist and continues to apply the smother pressure from the top.
How long can Luna withstand this?
Not for long.
Luna taps out.
2-0 for Mysteria (3:36).
Mysteria calmly sits as Luna once again fixes her hair. The stealth British star takes her time. Now she is ready.
Hopefully.
They engage slowly, but once again, Mysteria beats her to the punch and forcefully takes Luna down to the mats, seizing her in a headlock from the top while, this time, Luna is fighting from her side.
Not a good position.
Mysteria is methodical in maneuvering Luna into a state where she can use Luna’s side position against her by applying a tense scissor from the top. The costume glad warrior squeezes mightily and Luna meekly taps out.
This is very early in Luna’s career but we didn’t expect her to perform this poorly. The audience is loudly cheering her on and trying to encourage her, but to no avail. It has become clear, to our surprise, that Mysteria is simply more skilled, and in all fairness, more determined to win, than Luna.
3-0 for Mysteria (5:32).
Time to fight.
Luna tries a different tactic and bull rushes Mysteria. It works for a few seconds and then Mysteria captures that dreaded headlock and forcefully takes Luna down to the mats, once again landing on top of her. Luna is in big trouble and struggles underneath. Mysteria continues to apply the smother pressure and Luna raises her hand to tap out but decides against it and tries to hang in there but Mysteria is relentless in applying pressure from the top.
Luna somewhat breaks up the tightness of the hold, but Mysteria is still in charge.
As they battle, Mysteria focuses on Luna’s right wrist area while Luna keeps Mysteria’s left leg scissored to prevent a full mount.
The audience is really starting to get into it, mostly cheering on and trying to encourage Luna. Best wishes on that.
She needs it.
Mysteria is showing no let up and though Luna continues to fight her off from the bottom position, she is making no offensive headway at all. This just simply gives Mysteria more time to assert herself, which she does. The super heroine is becoming so confident in her ability to dominate Luna, she is trying new things. This time she covers Luna’s torso and begins to press down. Luna is kicking her sexy slender legs below but can’t break free.
Finally Mysteria asks, “Can I count”?
Of course she can.
She counts to three and submits Luna with a cross body pin.
4-0 for Mysteria (9:05).
The only thing we can surmise is that this must be very early in Luna’s legendary career. We absolutely have seen her perform better but give Mysteria all of the credit. Today she is acting like a super heroine civilized brute and is masterfully pushing Luna around and dominating her.
Time to compete.
Luna has not given up but her thrusts lack fuel. Mysteria easily takes her down to the mats with a forceful upper headlock. She elongates and mounts her struggling foe. With victory in tow, she begins to open up the playbook. Her smother attempts have been very effective but now she tries a traditional school girl pin.
Luna is able to kick out of it.
Mysteria goes back to what works and begins to smother Luna out from the top. Once she secures the proper position, she submits the future British star at three.
5-0 for Mysteria (10:50).
Time to begin.
Luna launches a few head slaps, to no avail, and as they continue to joust, she falls backwards on to her back, using her outstretched legs to ward Mysteria off.
That’s not going to work.
Rarely does in any match.
Mysteria is patient and eventually leaps on top of Luna, who scissors the dark clad warrior’s left leg to prevent a full mount. Still, Mysteria is completely in control.
The two sexy maidens struggle, Mysteria on the top inching closer to another submission, Luna from below for survival. Mysteria is gaining in position strength, virtually covering Luna’s entire face with her torso. She tries for a pin count but the audience expresses, no. She then changes up and begins to crank hard on Luna’s right arm and wrist, placing her in pain.
Luna survives that.
Mysteria continues to ramp up the pressure.
She opens up the playbook, sits atop Luna and then spins to the side with a brutal left arm bar.
Luna immediately taps out.
The match is over.
6-0 for the costumed victor.
Lady heroines not only exist in the comics but on the fully competitive female submission wrestling mats as well.
With super powers, Mysteria proved that today.
