September 23, 2024,
Enjoy the warm weather now because soon, whatever it is you enjoy outdoors, may have to be moved indoors. Soon.
But at least not yet.
Ready to work out?
Hey, as a female wrestler and fitness girl, you are always ready to work out.
In preparation for that, you might want to get your dance moves going to help add some spice to your workout routine.
Zumba has thought of that and is partnering with a girl who can really spice things up.
Zumba has been around for some time and given the myriad of fitness options out there, it may be easy to forget the reasons why Zumba became so popular in the first place.
Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It was founded by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Pérez in 2001.
Newer female wrestlers, Zumba workouts might just perfect for you.
According to businessinsider.com, “Zumba isn't just about dancing anymore. The famous exercise brand has ventured into new territory with a new program called Strong by Zumba. Strong by Zumba is a high intensity interval class — think burpees, pushups, and other high-impact moves — that's synced to specific music. After all, Zumba is all about the music.”
We certainly can dance to that.
Let’s meet their new partner.
Mel B, is an English singer, songwriter, television personality, and actress. She rose to fame in the mid 1990s as a member of the pop girl group the Spice Girls, in which she was nicknamed Scary Spice. With over 100 million records sold worldwide, the group became the best-selling female group of all time.
Mel B debuted as a solo artist in 1998 with the release of "I Want You Back" which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart.
Very impressive.
She released her debut solo album, Hot, in 2000, which respectively produced the successful singles "Tell Me" and "Feels So Good". She released her second solo album, L.A. State of Mind, in 2005, which spawned the single "Today". Mel B released "For Once in My Life" in 2013, her first single in eight years; it peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs chart.
She really spiced things up.
Were you a fan of Spice Girls?
The Spice Girls were an English girl group formed in 1994, consisting of Mel B ("Scary Spice"); Melanie C ("Sporty Spice"); Emma Bunton ("Baby Spice"); Geri Halliwell-Horner ("Ginger Spice"); and Victoria Beckham ("Posh Spice").
With their "girl power" mantra, the Spice Girls redefined the girl-group concept by targeting a young female fan base. They led the teen pop resurgence of the 1990s, were a major part of the Cool Britannia era, and became popular culture icons of the decade.
Oh, the memories.
It is time for two legends to come together, and as a newer female grappler and fitness girl, this should be right up your dance floor.
